Today is Jerry's birthday! He is 29! He used to like to pretend he was older than me... but not anymore! We had fun celebrating Jer's birthday for two days! On Sunday when he finished with kickball we had a swimming and BBQ party for him! Today Delaney and I baked him his favorite...a red velvet cake (though I know his mommy's red velvet will always be the best)! We also made a banner for him and Delaney picked out a sports balloon at the party store to tie on the mailbox. We enjoyed the evening outside with the nieghbors sharing cake and playing Jer's new game. Thanks to everyone for making Jer's birthday so great! I do think the best part was hearing Delaney sing Happy Birthday to him... I wish I had recorded it! Happy Birthday Jer.. you are a wonderful husband and a fantastic father to our little princess! I hope you enjoyed your special day(s)!
