Last Sunday we took Delaney swimming in a pool for the first time. She LOVED every minute of it. She even let me dunk her under... she just came up look confused and then smiled! Delaney kicked like crazy and splashed away.... my little swimmer is on her way! She loved being bounced up and down in the water and I also helped her float on her back and she just looked up at me and smiled away. She also sat on the step and played with her cups. The pool we went to has an area for little kids and Delaney loved to try to grab the water that poured down in places, and watch the bubbles that formed when it hit the water in the pool.
And then I also included a picture of her being a silly girl! Delaney is getting quite a personality and she loves to be silly! It's even better for her if we laugh at what she has done...We don't mind at all!

Cuuute...the girls I nanny for started taking "swimming lessons" at the Y when they were about 10 months and they LOVED it. They would even lay on their tummies (especially if you put down a blankie) and "swim" in the living room floor. So cute!
