First Baby Shower

Yesterday the staff at my school had a shower for Jerry and I. There was lots of yummy food and adorable decorations! (Thanks to Elizabeth) Everyone was so generous and our little girl got a lot of new cute outfits and plenty of other things she will need when she comes! Mom gave us our cribskirt, fitted sheet and bumper pads.... so I got to set up the crib last night. It took me a long time to organize and get everything put away but it was a lot of fun. I work with wonderful people and I am so blessed to have their support as I enter into this crazy adventure called "mommyhood"! Jer and I are so excited... only 100 days left!

In other news I am going to go back to teaching kindergarten next year! I've been in first grade the last 3 years but this is my chance and even though I'll be out on maternity leave for the first 3 months of school....it has always been my dream to be a kindergarten teacher. Since I have a student teacher I am using my time to organize and sort through my files... anybody available to help me set my new room up.. since I will be big and fat this summer and won't be able to climb to hang things or lift things... I may need some help!
