Sitting Up and Exersaucer

Delaney is getting pretty good at sitting up for short periods of time. She loves the view from a sitting position so in turn she has also started to enjoy her exersaucer. I can't believe how big she is getting! When she sits up we laugh cause she looks a little like a monkey! In her exersaucer she can grab at the ball and spin the wheel to make the music and lights begin. It amazes her everytime! Friday is her 4 month check up... more shots .. oh no! We are looking forward to seeing how much she weighs and she will also be starting rice cereal soon! Let the good times roll.....

Mizzou is Number 1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mizzou's Football team is ranked number one in the Nation! They beat KU (for KU's first loss of the year) Saturday night. Next Saturday they will play Oklahoma for the Big 12 Championship Game. We're hoping they win that so they will play for the National Title! I think I heard that Mu hasn't been ranked number 1 since 1960! GO TIGERS!

Happy Thanksgiving

We have so much to be thankful for this year. Our wonderful family and friends (and their health) and our sweet baby girl top our list.... but there is so much more. We hope everyone had a Terriffic Turkey Day! Let the Holiday Season begin!

Happy Baby Shower Meghan!

Last weekend we traveled to go visit Meghan for her baby shower. If you look very closely at Meghan in the first picture you'll see Delaney's future friend! Maybe they'll even be roomates at Mizzou! hahah! Is it possible they could have more fun than Meghan and I had? It was so good to see Meghan.. she looks absolutely adorable! Her mom and sister put on a wonderful shower! Delaney was very good but not so cooperative for pictures... looks like she's getting a personality (read: STINKER!) We are so excited for Meghan, Aaron and baby girl. Delaney is just so excited to have a new friend! We wish you the best of luck the next two months Meghan!

November 4th Delaney was 3 months old. She is getting so big and developing quite the personality. She has her hands in her mouth all the time... so getting good pics these days is getting tougher! She puts everything in her mouth now so we have broken out the teething toys... I don't think she is actually teething just yet though. She loves the baby doll she got at Meghan's baby shower... we named her Baby Ella. She hugs and kisses Baby Ella. She is working on sitting up and can do it well with support. She loves looking around and being a part of the action. She has started laughing and it is just heart warming! It's an exciting time around here as Delaney is learning and changing so much every day!
